Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to ensure you love your Imogene + Willie product. Due to the unique nature of our garments and fabrics, all sales are final on seasonal, sale, and limited-release items, including all collaboration items, unless the item is defective.

For regular-priced items, we are happy to offer a return for merchandise credit or an exchange for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any masks, hats, belts, or gift cards. All such sales are final.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please use our online returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit refund. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Defective Merchandise:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or merchandise credit.

Return Shipping:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective merchandise or a wrong item being shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns & Duties:

For international orders, any return shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

All items identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

Inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange for a return and replacement, if available, or provide a merchandise credit.
